Rotsan is the first of Euchans many girlfriends, acquired the good old fashioned way: through various lab experiments and medical malpractice. Unfortunately Euchan is not a very good nurse, so Rotsan has the approximate brain power of a snail. Euchan likes this about her, as she lacks the conversational skills necessary to start arguments and the fine motor skills to use all the wifi. Despite what that might suggest, she's not the kind of zombie who wants to eat your brains and it's actually kind of insensitive that you'd assume that.
